Shipping destinations:

• We ship to the USA, Canada and worldwide. If you are from Canada, please visit our Canadian Retail store.

Shipping times:

• Domestic (USA) orders typically take 2-3 business days to be delivered and we ship within 1 business day.
• International orders are shipped via DHL global or UPS and we ship within 1 business day. Delivery times vary.
• Shipping time might vary depending on location, shipment method and other factors.

Shipping cost:

• Orders with subtotals over $199 will have free shipping at checkout. Some special promotions cannot be combined with this free shipping offer. 
• Orders under $199 will be charged for shipping depending on your chosen delivery method and country. Full price will be displayed at checkout.

You can select your preferred payment method at checkout.

We accept secure payments for both domestic & international customers via Credit Cards & PayPal. 

Note that additional exchange fee may apply if your currency is other than US dollars.

Your 100% satisfaction is important for us. We offer a 60-days Return & Exchange Policy:

• If a product gets damaged or was faulty upon a delivery - we offer 100% refund.
• Timing: we have a 60-days Return & Exchange Policy, since the day item was received.
• To be eligible for a return, goods must be accompanied by proof of purchase.
• For returns, please email support@activationproducts.com with the subject 'Returns' and include your order number, name and the reason for the return.
• Activation Products will provide the customer with instructions where to send returned goods. Customers are strongly recommended to get proof of postage when returning goods to avoid "lost packages" situations.
• Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs of returned items.
• Depending on the circumstances, you may be required to return the purchased product to Activation Products for a full refund.
• When returned item is received and inspected, customer receives a confirmation email, notifying about the status of the refund.
• If the refund is approved, then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to customer's credit card or original payment method shortly after.

Unfortunately we cannot make any product recommendations but advise that you speak directly with your doctor. Certain products should not be taken while pregnant: flax, five seed, coriander and black cumin.

We do not recommend any of our products for children under 18 months of age. Beyond 18 months, we still advise that you check with the children's physician before giving them any supplements. Dosage for children can be determined based on weight. Our adult dosages are based on the assumption of a 150 lb adult.
