These seeds are mineral-rich, teeming with healthy fatty acids and high in vitamin E. This proprietary pressing method itself is so delicate, so precise, it ensures that the molecular structure of our seed oils is never disrupted or damaged.
Styrian pumpkins are grown exclusively for their seeds
Styrian pumpkin oil is pressed from rare pumpkins grown specifically for their seeds. The rest of the Pumpkin is discarded but the seeds are super valuable and sought after for the liquid “gold” they produce.

Pumpkin oil is also known for skin and hair benefits. For these results it can be used both internally and topically. Styrian pumpkin oil is packed with healthy fats and nutrients that support smooth skin and lustrous hair.
We don’t recommend cooking with Perfect Press® Styrian Pumpkin Oil as it is a raw seed oil and heat may damage some of its nutritional components. What many customers love to do is add Perfect Press® Styrian Pumpkin Oil to food after it’s been cooked. You can also add it to a smoothie, juice or a salad.
They come from the Styrian pumpkin, a special variety of pumpkin specifically grown for its nutritious seeds. While normal pumpkin seeds are white, Styrian pumpkin seeds are a deep emerald green. Their unusual color is thanks to the abundant variety of bioactive compounds they contain. It has more antioxidants than any other common edible oil.
Mix a small amount of Styrian pumpkin oil with a neutral carrier oil like jojoba and use it as a moisturizer. The vitamin E, antioxidants, and zinc will keep your skin smooth and hydrated. You can use Styrian pumpkin oil undiluted as a deep moisturizer, but you’ll want to wash it off after a few minutes - the dark green color will stick around if you let it.
Styrian pumpkin oil’s vibrant flavor makes it a perfect base for salad dressings and sauces. Add equal parts Styrian pumpkin oil and balsamic vinegar to a jar, put on the lid, and give it a good shake. You’ll end up with a rich, nutty, complex balsamic vinaigrette that’s great on salads. Quick note, though: never heat your Styrian pumpkin oil. It will destroy delicate nutrients and fatty acids.
